    Please complete this form to start the registration process. A complete registration packet will be given to you and must be completed prior to you child’s first day at Munger Square Educational Childcare Center. If the classroom for your child’s age group is at capacity, you may request to have your child placed on our Wait List. There is a non-refundable $50.00 fee to be placed on the Wait List. There is no guaranty of the time frame of when a spot opens.
